I [1]	Spamming is not allowed and the following is considered as spam: ★ Posting messages which contain under 3 letters, down to the admin or mod discretion. ★ Triple posting. Bumping your own topic after 1 day has passed is an exception to this rule.
II [2]	★ Show respect to all members.
III [3]	★ Follow staff instructions, unless deemed unreasonable then contact an administrator.
IV [4]	★ We are not responsible for any offense committed outside the forum or the discovery chatroom. ★ However, if they concern the well being of YCG Discovery we may take action.
V [5]	★ The promotion of other sites is prohibited unless given permission by an administrator.
VI [6]	★ Our forum's design is protected content and was adapted by @Red™. ★ Our forum's founder and creator is @The Discoverer. ★ Our forum's lead security specialist is @Prophecy.
VII [7]	★ Creating a user account that imitates any staff member's username is strictly prohibited.
VIII [8]	In the discovery chatroom you may not: ★ Post illegal or sexual content that violates Forumotion's Terms of Service or our own. ★ Harass other members and staff. ★ Spam in the chatbox "caps are not considered spam". ★ Posting more than 5 times in a row is considered spam.
✘	★ Any violation of these rules will result in the following ★
✔	Discovery Chatroom Disciplinary Procedures (Anything that occurs on the Discovery Chatroom): ★ 1st Step: Kick from the discovery chatroom. ★ 2nd Step: Soft ban for 1 hour from the discovery chatroom. (This cannot be appealed) ★ 3rd Step: 2 day Ban from the discovery chatroom. (This can be appeal after at least 1 day has passed since the ban) ★ 4th Step: 5-7 days Soft/Semi Permanent Ban from discovery chatroom(This can be appealed after 3 days have passed since the ban) ★ 5th Step: Permanent account ban, Permanent IP ban, up to administrator discretion (This cannot be appealed)
✔	Off-Discovery Chatroom Disciplinary Procedures (Anything that occurs outside the Discovery Chatroom): ★ 1st Step: Topic moved to the Public Archives. ★ 2nd Step: Post deletion/removal. ★ 3rd Step: Forum ban for 24 hours. (This cannot be appealed) ★ 4th Step: Forum ban for 2-7 days and is up to staff discretion (This can be appealed after at least 1 day has passed since the ban) ★ 5th Step: Soft/Semi-Permanent Ban(Permanent account ban 10-20 days up to staff discretion) ★ 6th Offense: Permanent account ban, Permanent IP ban, up to administrator discretion (This cannot be appealed)
✔	Only Exceptions to the above rules: ★ 1: Staff Impersonation{SI}----->IP ban (This cannot be appealed) ★ 2: Site Hacking{SH}----->IP ban, Email ban, Account ban, and Report to forumotion (This cannot be appealed)
✔	★The Off-Discovery Chatroom and Discovery Chatroom Procedures are effective at all times and they do stack(Meaning you get 1 on Monday, then if you get another one Tuesday, and then you get one on Wednesday, then you get one on Thursday, then you get one on Friday you got all 5 strikes.) Once a member is banned, they have waited the specified amount of time, and have created a ban appeal topic, it is up to the Administrators and moderators to investigate and determine whether or not the person is worthy enough to be unbanned. ★ Note: All IP bans and Permanent bans are absolute. (Please do not try to appeal if it cannot be appealed)
